Valjean having nightmares about his time in prison and waking up in a cold sweat to find nine-year-old Cosette opening the wardrobes for him to show him that it’s okay.

I can’t tell you how much I sobbed over this part in 10th grade. This was an art piece created to show my students how other artists create works inspired by the creativity of other artists. Here I combined my love for Van Gogh with Hugo.
