Tagged *sobs softly*, AND IT BREAKS MY HEART, AND THAT'S A TRAGEDY, and this is honestly one of the most heartbreaking lines i've ever read, ANYWAY, because it throws some really awful foreshadowing onto everything that happens in the phantom menace, because it went up without tags last time, BECAUSE ON SOME LEVEL QUI GON COULDN'T LET GO, BECAUSE THIS IS SUCH A GREAT POST, because WOW talk about someone who failed utterly at the jedi rules about attachment, i love these books SO MUCH, i'm reblogging this again, MAYBE THAT'S WHY OBI WAN WAS STILL AN APPRENTICE AT 25, obi wan kenobi, on some level, on some level he knew he wouldn't be there, O_o;;;, queue you hear the people sing?, qui gon & obi wan, qui gon jinn, qui gon knew he'd never see obi wan become a knight, star wars jedi apprentice, star wars prequels, that is all
