this is literally the cutest thing ever oh my gosh, I kind of love the idea of undergraduate Feuilly, to Enjolras’ graduate student, fic rec, Enjolras, Feuilly, Jehan Prouvaire. 

^_________^  First of all, thank you!  ^_^  Second of all, THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS.  Seriously, I love Feuilly being just a little bit younger than everyone.  I love how enthusiastic he is and how he wants to know all the things and make the world a better place and something about that energy just reads as a little bit younger to me?  Plus I’ve seen quite a lot of stories and headcanons which either place them the same age or have Feuilly being older and experienced and I kind of prefer the reverse dynamic?  So.  ^_^  I’m glad you like it, too!

(And it’s possible that writing this may have whetted my appetite for more of that dynamic and that I’m contemplating a longer piece for Rare Pair Week.  Just saying.  ^_~)

I honestly don’t see a way that it could.  First of all, I couldn’t ask that of someone else.  And secondly, since I know my own voice/speech and the voice/speech of the person talking, I can only imagine it would be even worse for someone who didn’t.  -.-;;;  But, thank you?  ^_^

That’s
actually a pretty good speed! It may not seem like it, but 6 or 7 mins
transcribing 1 min of speech is pretty fast, esp if you don’t do this a
lot! You can also program in shortcuts and autocorrects for common words
on whatever topic you’re doing to speed things up?

…I know you meant that to be reassuring, but IT WAS ANYTHING BUT.  I was still holding out hope that I was somehow doing this wrong and there was a faster way.  TT^TT  And no, there really aren’t any common words.  It’s one interview and the topics range all over.  The only common words are thinks like “like” and “know” and “the” and really there’s not much that can be done to shorten words like those.  -.-;;;

OMG, I HATE IT SO MUCH. I keep having to stop and go away and breathe for a second because it’s literally causing me anxiety. I never, ever, ever, ever want to do this as part of what I do for a living. EVER.

Exactly.  That kind of person is not going to change their mind.  He’s probably already convinced himself that he’s completely in the right and is the victim in this situation.  Which… I mean, to be fair, no one deserves to really be harassed, but he’s an adult.  He should know better.  😛

That being said, I’m not interested in beating my head against that particular brick wall.  😛

P –Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas)

Answered this one already, but I’ll toss another one out there, just for fun.  I really, really want to write a college professor AU for Les Amis.  Because there are so many quirky and ridiculous things about working on a college campus and I just want to take my fandom to work really badly.  ^_^

T – Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die
defending, about anything at all (gender identity, sexual or romantic
orientation, extended family, sexual preferences like top/bottom/switch,
relationship with poetry, seriously anything)

Oh boy.  Not really?  I mean, I have certain headcanons that I gravitate towards when I write, but there isn’t a single one of them that I wouldn’t throw over if I wanted to try something new.  Things like, my Enjolras and Courfeyrac tend to be good friends and know each other before Enjolras & Combeferre, but I can think of several things I’ve written already where that’s not the case.  I do tend to headcanon Courfeyrac looking a lot like Fra, but I also don’t tend to include much physical description in my LM fic anymore, so that people are open to picture them the way they want.  So, yeah.  The only thing that is pretty much a given in my headcanons/writing is that if there is going to be a MASSIVE BOATLOAD OF ANGST DUMPED ON ANYONE… it will probably be Courfeyrac.  ^_~

I just want you to know that I owe a huge thank you to you and @kingesstropolis.  This day was the most absolutely awful day I have had in a year full of days that were kind of crap and between both of your nice words about this chapter, it’s made today just a little bit less shitty and I appreciate that SO MUCH.

Seriously, I don’t have the words to describe how good it felt to see my floor today.  ALL OF IT.  To know that I could walk STRAIGHT TO MY DESK AND SIT DOWN IN THE CHAIR.  (Er… well… if there wasn’t a box of stuff ON the chair, that is, but THAT PROJECT IS FOR MONDAY NIGHT OR TUESDAY.  I have grading to do, this week, after all.  I’ll need that desk.  ^_~)

You know what the silliest thing about this is, though?  Like, I can’t WAIT to see my organizer’s face on Friday when she sees what I accomplished in the week she was gone.  I’m like a little kid trying to be a total teacher’s pet and impress the teacher and I’m so excited about it, it’s ridiculous.  XD
