I always enjoyed this sub-plot and wish it had made it to the final cut.

Tagged (knowing how he felt about palpatine), *shakes head*, also because it was yet one more screw to padme, AMAZING, and i wish it had made it in too, and i'm still sad we didn't get it, and it was SO GREAT to see that not everyone was ignorant of palpatine's machinations, deleted scenes, for what would later become the rebellion and the alliance, how on earth she managed all that and she was IN HER TWENTIES, i want that story, in the tags, just... WOW, padme naberrie, putting her in between her duty to the republic and her love of anakin, queue you hear the people sing?, seriously, she was so young, star wars prequels, the birth of the alliance, the number of balls she had in the fucking air, this whole subplot was wonderful, yessssssss, you got more of bail and padme and mon mothma and a bunch of other dignitaries starting to lay the groundwork, ^_^
