Future Me is constantly fucked over by Present Me, who should have learned after being fucked over by Past Me
I AM DONE TRANSCRIBING.
…now I need to code three interviews and actually do something with the data. 😛 UGH.
OK. I have transcribed a little less than half (38%, to be exact – YES, I CALCULATED THAT JUST TO SCRUB MY BRAIN FREE OF ALL THIS TRANSCRIBING) of this interview. I CALL DONE. I CAN’T DO ANYMORE. I JUST CAN’T. *sobs aggressively*
Now, I really need to scrub my brain. Maybe I will toss out a meme. Anyone up for a meme?

Ouch D: that’s hurtin’
I KNOW, RIGHT?

do u need any help w it? might go faster?
I honestly don’t see a way that it could. First of all, I couldn’t ask that of someone else. And secondly, since I know my own voice/speech and the voice/speech of the person talking, I can only imagine it would be even worse for someone who didn’t. -.-;;; But, thank you? ^_^

actually a pretty good speed! It may not seem like it, but 6 or 7 mins
transcribing 1 min of speech is pretty fast, esp if you don’t do this a
lot! You can also program in shortcuts and autocorrects for common words
on whatever topic you’re doing to speed things up?
…I know you meant that to be reassuring, but IT WAS ANYTHING BUT. I was still holding out hope that I was somehow doing this wrong and there was a faster way. TT^TT And no, there really aren’t any common words. It’s one interview and the topics range all over. The only common words are thinks like “like” and “know” and “the” and really there’s not much that can be done to shorten words like those. -.-;;;
